I know not all days are easy, and I can't even imagine the energy and fight it takes to get through each day.
But know that every day you wake up and push through and do the hard, your child benefits because you don't shy away.
You are imperfect, and the flaws may sometimes feel despairing, but can you see how you are bringing them to light? You are rewriting history.
It's probably hard to see the big picture in everyday tasks, but please know that from where I'm sitting a mother who is devoted to healing is what I see.
It's not easy: You were never taught how to nurture in a way that expresses and affirms your children's and your own authenticity.
But I have hope and see that with every step, even though it often feels like sacrifice, I hope one day back and see the feat you have achieved.
Because giving your children the ability to be heard and seen, I believe it not only gives hope for a better future, but also I hope heals your inner child too.
Stakes are high and the fact that you are aware of that in itself shows the weight of your heart and its desire to improve. So be proud of yourself, brave mama, because I am also so proud of you.
