Have you ever seen a rainbow and been stuck in awe and in wonder about how something was created with such beauty?
If you have ever seen a rainbow, you will know that, though it is the notion of a miracle, the creation of it comes after a period of what feels dark and gloomy.
Before it appears, rain and clouds will be present. They can be seen and heard. Sometimes they feel they are going to stay.
Eventually, though, they do wither and, after them, we are presented with a bow that is colourful and remarkable in an overt display.
For a rainbow to appear, the clouds need to fall away, and the sun is behind you as it shines through the sky, beckoning the rays.
So, even when the rain falls, there is a promise and a reminder that in time beauty can be formed, and this moodiness will go away.
Take it metaphorically as you adapt it to your life, for there will always be times when the clouds prevail, and you think this is forever my providence.
Be reminded and encouraged that they may feel long, but they never truly last, so even in storms the beauty of a rainbow to follow can be your assurance.
